Foundation Corporate Offices were obtained in 2002 as a part of an Inland Empire community collaborative effort to foster the development of African American health care professionals in the Inland Empire and to support community-based organizations.   In addition, the corporate office also provides a hub for information and access to other community agencies and professionals.
